I received this text this week. If it were only this easy right?

We all have plenty to worry about - work, school, relationships, family,... and the list goes on and on.

Life usually has a way of working itself out. The problem is that we don't know when or what is going to happen.

No matter what worries are in your mind today, try and let them go at least for today. Things will work out one way or another. It doesn't really help to worry about things either.

Think about something that you've worried about lately. How did it end up? Did it help to worry about it?

Often times we worry about things that we have no control over. So try and not worry. Things will happen when they are supposed to.

Take control of what you can today.
