Characteristics of Dry Skin

Dry skin can be seen in people of all ages. It lacks oil and/or water. Environmental factors including the sun, wind, and heat can make your skin even drier. Here are some characteristics.

-looks and feels tight

-may feel rough

-fine lines and wrinkles develop faster with drier skin

-skin is delicate, easily irritated, and sensitive to cold weather

-pores are almost invisible

No matter what your skin type is, it is important to take proper care of you skin. You only get one face!

You should wash your face two times a day. This includes cleansing, exfoliating, freshening (toning), and moisturizing. Get in the habit and it only takes a few minutes each time. You will notice the difference. You will feel great and look great!
