Recruiting

This is the last call, call 5, with Shari Hudspeth.

You need to recruit to make a six figure income.

What stops us from sponsoring?

Our perceptions – we need to change our mind & we can’t be pushy

4 Thoughts to Change Your Perception

1. Help enough people to get what they want and you both win

2. Something you believe in that can help others

3. Focus on them

4. You just offer – they accept or decline

#1 way to sponsor is at parties. Focus on helping others and you will build more income. You need to do excellent hostess coaching.

How to overcome objections…

How to overcome objections…

Listen and pause. Then say “I don’t know if this will make any difference to you or not. If you were to invest $125 to join and you were able to make $500 this month, could you give up something right now? Or borrow the money from someone for the kit?

Bill Gates started his business by borrowing money.

When talking to someone about objections slow down and soften your voice.

Build rapport with your guests. It builds loyalty. You’ll have more sales. Do this by greeting your guests when they arrive. You may want to use name tags. Ask questions. Be a part of the conversation. Kneel down when you are helping customers.

Plant sponsoring seeds throughout the show, which is easily down using Shari’s party cards.

Give your personal commercial (what attracted you to L’BRI?, What were you nervous about? How is your life better now? And what you love most about your business?).

Play a game where they can ask you about your business. Give them some starter questions. Get the information across that’s most important.

Lastly, give a group offer. “I hope I answered your questions and gave you some food for thought. Try L’BRI out for a few weeks. You have nothing to lose. If you don’t like it, you can quit. You can keep all the money you made, keep the great products you received and you have made some new friends. If you do like it, you can keep going with it and see where it takes you. It would be just a trial basis.”
